Our journey started during the 2012 Olympics and the Olympic flag was passed from France on to Los Angeles, who hosted it many years ago and was directed by the first black public official, Mayor Bradley! LAX airport also have a terminal named after Tom Bradley and the Olympic torch is based in the beautiful city hall building, which has a fantastic view of LA on the top floor. It is brilliant LA has copies of Bradley the Bus for children to enjoy reading after our recent visit.

Our next stop will be TransportFest on 20th October 2024 at the London Bus Museum to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Routemaster.
